All work is paid for in advance
All unused hair provided by client will be returned with pottery.
All custom orders will receive a video of the firing of the custom piece.
If work arrives broken, client must photograph pieces in situ. Return pieces to artist at client expense and will receive in store credit.
Images of all work created by CL Ramsdell remains the exclusive property of said artist.

Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Custom work will be guaranteed by providing a video of the firing.

All work will be photographed and sent to the client for approval prior to shipping.
