Terms and Conditions 

  • All work is paid for in advance
  • All unused hair provided by client will be returned with pottery.
  • All custom orders will receive a video of the firing of the custom piece.
  • If work arrives broken, client must photograph pieces in situ. Return pieces to artist at client expense and will receive in store credit. 
  • Images of all work created by CL Ramsdell remains the exclusive property of said artist.

Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. 

Custom work will be guaranteed  by providing a video of the firing. 

All work will be photographed and sent to the client for approval prior to shipping.
